Krishna Janmashtami celebration with Sushri Gopeshwari Devi
A series of enlightening sessions led by Sushri Gopeshwari Devi, held in celebration of Krishna Janmashtami 2026, will take place from September 4th to 8th at the Radha Govind Bhakti Yog Mandir in Brzegi near Kraków.
Krishna Janmashtami is a revered festival honoring the birth of Lord Shri Krishna, observed on the eighth day (Ashtami) of the dark fortnight in the month of Bhadrapada. Celebrated throughout India and across the world, it symbolizes the triumph of good over evil and the transformative power of divine love. Devotees mark the occasion with fasting, devotional singing, and reenactments of Krishna’s childhood pastimes, filling the day with joy, reflection, and spiritual upliftment.
Born in Nausori on the Fiji Islands into a distinguished family devoted to social service and spiritual learning, Didi Ji discovered her deep connection with God at an early age. Under the guidance of Jagadguruttam Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, she embraced the path of Sanyas in 1985 and received profound knowledge of the Vedas. A captivating speaker known for her sincerity, generosity, and boundless energy, she has spent nearly four decades traveling the world and inspiring audiences with her heartfelt teachings.
